My own journey through burnout, depression, and anxiety is why The Hive exists: a place where high-achieving professionals, teens, and young adults can step out of survival mode and get their footing back. I keep my panel small on purpose, so when you message, I am the one who answers.

All FAQs & resourcesDo you accept insurance?
Hive Health is a private-pay practice. You pay at the time of your visit and receive an itemized superbill afterward to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are welcome.
Why private pay?
Your privacy stays yours. Your diagnosis is not shared with an insurer unless you choose to submit a superbill, and decisions about visit length and frequency stay between you and your provider.
Where do appointments take place?
Georgia clients can choose in-person visits at The Peaceful Place in Decatur or telehealth. Massachusetts clients are seen by telehealth only, on a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Do you prescribe benzodiazepines like Xanax or Klonopin?
No. If you currently take one regularly, we will work with you and your primary care provider to taper safely while starting safer medications and other treatment options.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please let us know at least 48 hours ahead by phone or through the client portal. Appointments cancelled with less notice incur a fee of 50% of the visit.
