Medication Management

Ongoing follow-ups that keep medication working with your life: checking what is helping, what is not, and adjusting together.
What it covers
- Progress check on symptoms and goals
- Side effects and dose adjustments
- Prescriptions and refills
- Coordination with your therapist and primary care team

Notes on how you have been feeling, any side effects, and questions you want to cover.

Medication and therapeutic support in the same visit, for when you want more time to talk through what is underneath the symptoms.
