We accept several payment options to make care as accessible as possible. All payments are collected securely at the time of service through our client portal.

Credit & debit cards

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. A card on file is required to hold your appointment and will be charged at the time of service.

HSA & FSA cards

Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are HSA and FSA-eligible medical expenses. Pay with your pre-tax health dollars — it works just like a regular card at checkout.

Out-of-network reimbursement

We provide a superbill after every session. Submit it to your insurance and receive reimbursement directly — many PPO plans cover 50–80% of the cost.

All payments processed securely via Practice Better. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies — late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is an itemized clinical receipt — with your diagnosis code, CPT procedure code, and our NPI number — that you submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. We provide one automatically after every session.

Many clients with PPO or POS plans recover 50–80% of the session fee this way. HMO plans typically do not offer out-of-network benefits — call your insurer to confirm before your first appointment. Learn more about how superbills work →
